Functional Medicine
Functional Medicine looks deeper into the root causes behind symptoms, imbalances, and chronic conditions by mapping how your body’s systems interact (gut, hormones, immune, detox, etc.).
How to Get Started.
Every patient begins with our Discovery Process — to ensure we have the right data and insight to guide your care and determine which membership meets your needs.
Step 1: Foundational Lab Panel We begin with a curated set of labs to surface early insights on metabolic, and inflammatory patterns.
Step 2: Functional Wellness Consultation ($350)A 90-minute deep-dive with our functional medicine certified provider. We review your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals and help determine the best membership path for your needs.
Note: Some clients may require a second consultation before enrollment for complex cases.
Our Wellness Memberships
We offer three flexible tiers within the 1Wellness program. Each membership is designed around a distinct phase of care and members can move between them as their needs evolve.
Optimize Membership $200/month | 6-month commitment
For proactive individuals who want to stay ahead of disease, feel their best and maximize long-term health.
Includes:● Full review of medical, family, and lifestyle history● Recommendations for advanced testing (DEXA, VO₂ max, genetic testing, biomarkers)● Personalized risk mapping: cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive and cancer risk. ● Custom nutrition, sleep, movement, supplement and pharmacotherapy plans● Quarterly provider visits● Discounts on ancillary services at Medspa 501 like IV therapy and aesthetics.● All labs, prescriptions, and supplements available at-cost
Elevate Membership$300/month | 6-month commitment
For those actively using advanced therapies like GLP-1s, hormone optimization, low-dose naltrexone or peptides — with expert oversight to ensure safety and results.
Includes everything in Optimize plus:● Medication management (GLP-1, BHRT, Peptides, Thyroid, Low-dose naltexone)● Lab monitoring and dosing adjustments● Monthly check-in with a Nurse and quarterly provider check-in + lab reviews● Symptom tracking and progress metrics
Restore Membership$400/month | 12-month commitment
For patients with persistent or complex symptoms that haven’t responded to conventional care.
