Members receive four bespoke treatment visits annually, spaced quarterly to align with the natural lifecycle of neuromodulators. Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all Glow Collective aesthetic memberships, including GlowTox and SkinGlow, unless otherwise specified.

  • ● All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
    ● Glowtox Memberships are billed quarterly, and Skin glow memberships are billed monthly to the card on file.
    ● Early cancellation before the 3-month minimum may result in forfeiture of unused benefits and/or an early termination fee at the practice’s discretion.
    ● 30 day cancellation notice required for all cancellations after the 3 month commitment period.

  • ● Any discounts included as part of a membership cannot be combined with:
    - Other promotions or specials
    - Loyalty points
    - Event pricing or flash sales
    ● Membership discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

  • ● Membership services and benefits do not roll over to future months or quarters.
    - GlowTox (Unlimited Tox): Benefits must be redeemed within the applicable quarterly period.
    - SkinGlow (Skin Health Membership): Benefits must be redeemed within the applicable monthly billing period.
    ● Unused services are forfeited once the billing cycle ends.

  • ● The Glow Collective memberships begins on the day you are billed, not on the day of your first appointment.
    ● Your included services must be scheduled and redeemed before your next billing date.
    ● Services not used within that billing period do not carry over to the following month.

  • ● Appointment availability is subject to provider schedules and clinic hours.
    ● Scheduling limitations may apply depending on the membership type and treatment.
    ● We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability within your billing period.

  • ● Memberships and all associated benefits are non-transferable.
    ● Services may only be used by the enrolled member and cannot be shared, gifted, or resold.

  • ● Treatments included in each membership are limited to those outlined in the membership description.
    ● Treatment areas, frequency, and eligibility are determined by clinical guidelines and provider discretion.
    ● Substitutions outside of the membership structure are not permitted.

  • ● A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.
    ● Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that month’s or quarter’s benefit.
    ● MedSpa 501 reserves the right to update membership pricing, inclusions, or terms with advance notice.

  • Glow Collective memberships are billed monthly with a 3‐month minimum commitment. Membership services must be used within the designated billing period (monthly or quarterly) and do not roll over. Discounts included in memberships cannot be combined with other offers. Services are non‐transferable, subject to provider availability, and valid only while the membership is active.
