Initial Wellness Labs

15 minute initial diagnostic labs appointment (fasting labs)
Wellness Consultation

● 60 minute consultation (scheduled approximately 1 week post lab appointment) to discuss your lab results and curate an individualized wellness plan inclusive of our wellness offerings (ie medical weight loss, hormone optimization therapy, IV nutrient therapy, etc)
GLP-1/GIP medication cost
~$30-90 per week
● GLP-1 semaglutide or GLP-1/GIP tirzepatide from a 503A and PCAB accredited pharmacy● Weekly costs vary slightly depending on the dose● Medication can not be purchased separately. You must be a wellness member to purchase and receive the medication.
