Kara Pendergrass is Medspa 501’s Client Experience Coordinator, helping create a welcoming and comfortable experience from the moment clients connect with the practice.

She earned her Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration from Wake Tech Community College, building a foundation in the operational and patient-facing side of healthcare.

Kara especially enjoys the personal side of her role and getting to know the people who visit Medspa 501. She strives to make every client feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience.

A lifelong North Carolina resident, Kara enjoys reading fantasy and thriller novels and is a self-described horror movie fanatic.
