The membership includes the following services and benefits each month:

Monthly Dermaplaning Session:
One dermaplaning session to enhance skin texture and appearance by removing the uppermost layers of skin cells, which optimizes the efficacy of HydraFacial treatments.
Skincare Discount:
Receive 15% off skincare products purchased in-spa (limit 2 items per month).
Daxxify Discount:
Receive 15% off Daxxify Wrinkle Relaxer Treatments while you are enrolled in the Hydrafacial Membership! *Discount applies to Daxxify treatments scheduled every 3-4 months (per dosing and administration guidelines)
Membership Terms and Conditions
Commitment Requirement:
● Minimum 3-month commitment. The membership is effective for 3 months from the date of enrollment, after which it will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to cancel● Non-Transferable: This membership is non-transferable. Only the enrolled member may redeem the services included in this program.● No Roll-Over: Unused services (e.g., HydraFacial, dermaplaning) cannot be rolled over to the next month. Services must be redeemed within the month they are offered.● Service Availability:The monthly services must be scheduled and redeemed during the same month. Services cannot be carried over to future months or exchanged for other treatments or products.
Expiration of Services:If you fail to redeem the monthly services during the month, those services will expire andcannot be refunded or credited.
Additional Terms:● HydraFacial and other treatments are subject to scheduling availability. Monthly serviceavailability not guaranteed.● You must be in good health and meet the medical criteria for the treatments offered.Before your first treatment, you must complete a Good Faith Exam form, which will beupdated periodically as required.
